Homemade blueberry muffin with cheese and strawberry topper.
Went on a trip to Bangkok with my girlfriend for three days and upon return, found my fridge packed with food! Apparently, mum came over to cook for my hub and her darling grandson, and she found my fridge too zen for her liking. Anyway, I found a box of fresh blueberries, not being a fan of blueberries, I decided to bake muffins with them.
