#29 Spinach in a Hole

Altho' he is recovering but his appetite has not return. I have been throwing away so much food that I am really not in the mood to cook for him today. This is his fuss-free dinner. Plain porridge, steamed egg white (I used the yoke for something else :P), spinach and a carrot star.

Very strange why the steamed egg white look yellowish. ?!?
