#38 Easter Soba

I don't usually celebrate Easter but after seeing all the cute eggs and rabbits themed food and decorations all over the place, I wanna try make something with chickeedee theme too. Here is Junior's lunch of organic buckwheat soba tossed with mushroom stock, steamed veg (cauliflower, carrot, peas and celery), pan fried chicken, and the star of the dish, 2 lil chicks made of quail eggs. These chicks are nesting happily in a nest of soba, surrounded by pieces of fried chicken. Haha

Thanks for the compliments! My boy doesn't have that many teeth yet so ingredients got to be kept simple and chewable.
