#47 Starry Sealed Sandwiches
Bought a pocket sandwich cutters recently from Daiso but the sandwiches made are too big for Junior to handle. I need the sandwiches to be smaller so he can finish it in 2 to 3 bites and not have the chance to dirty the place with too much fillings. I learnt a great and inexpensive way to make small pocket sandwiches from a friend. Just need 2 cutters of slightly different sizes. No need to spent money on expensive fancy pocket cutters. Here's how it's done...
First, cut out 2 stars on a slice of bread using the bigger size cutter.
To 1 slice of bread, add a little filling in the center. I used scrambled egg. Other options includes peanut butter, jam, sausages or even meat floss.
Then using the smaller cutter, press the 2nd slice of bread onto the first to seal it. The trick is to use the blunt edge to press so the bread will not get cut.
Tadah!
