#79 Udon with Minced Pork Sauce


Jr loves noodles of all kinds, eggs noodles, spaghetti, macaroni, soba and especially udon. So I cook udon very often for his lunch, so convenient and yummy.

Udon with Minced Pork Sauce
Udon
25g minced pork
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 small chopped tomato, seed removed and chopped finely
1 tbsp tomato paste
Dash of dried mixed herbs
Olive oil

Method
  1. Cook and drain udon, set aside.
  2. Heat oil and saute chopped onion.
  3. Add minced pork and herb and fry till half cooked.
  4. Add all the tomato and cooked for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add udon and mix. Serve.
