Jr loves noodles of all kinds, eggs noodles, spaghetti, macaroni, soba and especially udon. So I cook udon very often for his lunch, so convenient and yummy.
Udon with Minced Pork Sauce
Udon
25g minced pork
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 small chopped tomato, seed removed and chopped finely
1 tbsp tomato paste
Dash of dried mixed herbs
Olive oil
Method
- Cook and drain udon, set aside.
- Heat oil and saute chopped onion.
- Add minced pork and herb and fry till half cooked.
- Add all the tomato and cooked for about 5 minutes.
- Add udon and mix. Serve.
