July Babies Birthday Party at Gymboree

1st birthday is such an important day that it has to be celebrated a few times over, with different groups of friends and family. This post is on Megan's celebration with a few of her friends who share her birthday month and year. 11 of them had a birthday bash at Gymboree (Harbourfront). The location was chosen because of it's play gym. The whole area is covered with play mat, so parents do not have to worry if their little crawlers or walkers fall. 

The birthday package includes 1 hour of Play & Music class with a Gymboree teacher and half hour for use of the classroom for cake-cutting and light snacks. The half hour for food is really too short. By the time we sang the birthday song and tried getting the group photo, the half hour was up and we had to leave. Bummer.

Megan was in a such a good mood this day and thoroughly enjoyed herself.
