Because mum has a short memory so she needs to note down all those little things that matter. Recipes she loves, places the family visited and most importantly, all the wonderful experiences of her kids' growing up years.

#7 Animals pancakes

Junior loves books on animals so this morning, he gets an animal theme breakfast.
Pancakes carefully done in shapes of bear and elephant. Cheese trees on blackberry jam. Strawberries 'flowers', scrambled egg for protein and a few cubes of mango.
