Thought making onigiri would be easy using moulds bought from Daiso, but it was not so. It was difficult trying to get a nice clean shape for the onigiri. I used carrot and seaweed for the facial expressions. First I patiently did the little chick, which I think is pretty cute. Then I did the bear, can tell patience is running thin. Then lastly, I simply stuck a pair of ring picks for ears and carrot for 'glasses' and let's call this an .. alien.
