Quick and simply breakfast this morning. Cheese Tamagoyaki, peanut butter sandwiches, blueberries and honey murcott.
Murcotts are in season now and they are soooo sweet. I'm thinking of getting more to juice them. Cheese Tamagoyaki was made simply by adding a 1.5 inch slice of cheese between the egg layers. The saltiness of the melted cheese makes the Tamagoyaki extra yummy.
