#42 Frog legs Porridge

Older folks in the family claims that eating frog legs will help Junior to have stronger leg muscles. I don't really believe in this nor that eating pig's brain will make u smarter. But it's a good protein source and taste quite good (like chicken) so here's today's lunch.

Frog Legs Porridge Recipe
Ingredients
Rice

Frog Leg (you can get whole bullfrog from wet/supermarket)
Wolfberries
Mixed veg (optional) or sweet potato

Ginger (sliced)
Salt (to taste. I omitted this for Junior)



Preparations

  1. Pre-soak wolfberries in water for 10 minutes.  
  2. Cook rice into porridge.  
  3. Add frog legs and ginger slices, bring to boil and cover the pot for 10 minutes.
  4. Add veg and wolfberries, cook for 5 minutes. 
  5. De-bone the frog leg and remove ginger before feeding. Add salt to taste.

Nay, I'm not so brave. Bought ready killed and skinned from supermarket.
