Frog Legs Porridge Recipe
Ingredients
Rice
Frog Leg (you can get whole bullfrog from wet/supermarket)
Wolfberries
Mixed veg (optional) or sweet potato
Ginger (sliced)
Salt (to taste. I omitted this for Junior)
Preparations
- Pre-soak wolfberries in water for 10 minutes.
- Cook rice into porridge.
- Add frog legs and ginger slices, bring to boil and cover the pot for 10 minutes.
- Add veg and wolfberries, cook for 5 minutes.
- De-bone the frog leg and remove ginger before feeding. Add salt to taste.

Nay, I'm not so brave. Bought ready killed and skinned from supermarket.
