Cute Piggy Buns from Canton i (Ion Orchard)
Had lunch at Canton i at ION with the family. The interior is just so pretty with colourful panels of fabric and ornamental white room dividers. Bird cages hung low from the ceiling double as lanterns. Even the tableware has delicate motif on them. The restaurant serve quite a good selection of tim sum and tho' I'm not a fan of buns, I could not resist ordering these cute steamed beady eyes piggy buns. They are filled with red-bean paste, tasty but really nothing to rave about. Overall a good dining experience, service was alright, food was decent but not out of this world thus I find the price slightly too costly. I'll most probably return just to tabao their egg tarts. Creamy yet light in texture. Yum.
