Because mum has a short memory so she needs to note down all those little things that matter. Recipes she loves, places the family visited and most importantly, all the wonderful experiences of her kids' growing up years.

#71 Cheese Toast
Another simple breakkie for a busy morning. I used normal sliced cheese and had problem getting it to melt properly. Ended up with bread over toasted and too dry.
I really need to try this again using more suitable cheese.

Hi, I have stumbled into your blog today and I really like your creations ; )) I have just started to 'dress up' my little one's meal recently to encourage him to eat more. It will be great if you could have a section to show the tools you use to make these creations for newbies like me...Just a suggestion...

I simply used regular sliced cheese for this :P Thanks for ur suggestion, I'm going to try this again.
